Hard Wig Cap

I've put up a tutorial for how I make a hard wig cap. It's just for the cap itself. I will be adding tutorials to show how I add the hair when I make a wig. However adding the hair is anything but an exact science, so I thought I'd share the making of the cap first. 

​I got the idea originally from a tutorial by Ira Scargeer, but found using tulle was extremely messy and frustrating. Until I figured out a way to make it much easier. So, here you go....
