Plum Products named Overall Rainbow Toy Awards 2017 Champion

Plum Products has been the overall Rainbow Toy Awards Champion for its popular Discovery Crate and Paint Easel set.

The announcement was made during a live feed of the awards hosted at www.rainbowawards.co.uk.

The awards whittled a large number of entries down to the category winners having been scrutinised over by a team of toy testers. A panel of experts made up of children, the Rainbow Awards ranks each toy between one and ten for its play value, longevity, packaging, build quality, value for money and overall impression.

Best Wheeled Toy: Anki Overdrive: Fast & Furious by Anki
Highly Commended: Ice Cream Truck by Diamont

Best for Imaginative Play: Pharaoh’s Pyramid by Playmobil
Highly Commended: Goopy Slime by H Grossman

Best Games & Puzzles – the young ones: Linkit Card game by Pikykwiky
Highly commended: Giggle Wiggle by John Adams

Best Games & Puzzles – 8 and over: Staccups by University Games
Highly commended: Rory’s Story Cubes: Fantasia by Esdevium Games

Best Electronic toy: Chase me Casey by VTech
Highly commended: Cozmo by Anki
