The drive along the TransCanada Hwy up through New Brunswick is long and boring at the best of times, but it was also very warm, and wet. We decided to take a little break at Grand Falls Windsor. Cookie went to the lookout...
"There's not much water going over the falls today. They must be diverting it all through the power plant...."
Ringo had noticed all the Canadian flags on the front of the Visitor Center; a Canadian flag, plus one from each of the 10 provinces and three territories, and to make them feel welcome, an American flag too.
And who should be coming out of the Visitor Center just then.....
"Look, I got a New Brunswick flag from the Gift Shop for you!"
"Wow! This is the most colourful one so far! Thanks so much!"
And I took a photo of the two of them together....
Then the two of them went to look at the gorge.....
Then it was time to get back in the RV, and none of the kids got out again until we got home.
The entire series with the kids trip to Newfoundland is now up in four consecutive albums in Favourite Photos 2019. It starts here -
Kids in Newfoundland Part 1
