Then it was time to open the gifts. Mama gave her husband a brand new set of mixing bowls 

Oma gave Opa some more new tools.. 
"Maybe later you could use them to fix something for me"

Mama gave her mom a new coffee maker...
"It's perfect! We can try it out after dinner. Which reminds me, I better go check on things."

Papa got his dad a new engine and rail cars for his train set..

 "Thank you Son. This is the best Christmas ever!"
