Some behind-the-scenes looks at the little campsite on the rocks. It was all set up on the edge of a puddle on the rocks, on our campsite. Here Jan is weighing down the tent loops with small stones, since we obviously couldn't poke the tent pegs into the solid rock....
It was actually quite a small, little puddle...
This was the final set up....
And when the photos were taken right down at the character's eye level, it passed for a reasonable sized lagoon....just so long as the rock edge on the right wasn't showing.....
The biggest problem was, that with the wind, Mr. Toad's flamingo kept spinning round and going to the far end of the puddle. So Jan found a rock, as big as the depth of the water, to hold the floatie in place, and keep it from moving.
