My Elegant Background

I figured everyone would be curious about the background I'm using for my photos of Bianca, so i thought I'd take a couple of photos to share. The only place in my house that looks elegant enough is a spot on the dining room floor in front of my china cabinet.  But the carpet there was in the way, so Jan pulled it back. However, the corner was still too close, so I tucked it up under one of the the chairs legs.  After hanging a small Rembrandt painting on the door handle, and placing the furniture, I was ready for the dolls.....

The first photos taken in the morning were with a tripod, but by afternoon the sun was making the room a lot brighter, so I could shoot hand-held.
